Who is responsible
This website is run by Sammy himself, for his personal search for a wife. For any privacy question, write to privacy@applytomarry.com.
What is collected
When you apply: your name, date of birth, email, phone, country, city, address, nationality, languages, marital status, children, education, work, your own words, your photos and, if you add it, your CV. Religion is optional; if you give it, you choose to share it with your explicit consent.
When you visit: no advertising cookies and no trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. To stop abuse, the form keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for a short time.
Why
Only so that Sammy can read your application and, if you are a good match, contact you. Your data is never sold, never shared, never published and never used for advertising.
Who can see it
Only Sammy. Everything you send is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is stored, and location data is removed from your photos. The website runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the encrypted data and may process it in different countries.
How long it is kept
No longer than needed for Sammy's search. When the search ends, the applications are deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email privacy@applytomarry.com from the address you applied with. You will get an answer within 30 days.
Adults only
Only women aged 18 or older may apply. An application from anyone younger is deleted.
